| hi! so, i haven't been here all summer, so that means i haven't been bored =)
 summer ends soon. senior year also starts soon.
aaand that means, what summer i have left needs to be spent in the great outdoors! or in the movie theater! or at the mall! or ice skating! or at camarillo! not online! 
so i probably won't be back here. have a great rest-of-the-summer! | | |

i think it's because every time i go to write something, for some reason, this xanga just doesn't cut it for me! how else can i say it?
it is the beginning of summer.. so i may decide to come back here out of boredom... probably not.. i probably won't be bored this summer..

| finals are over!!!
yesterday, i had the day off!!
 ...so, i got to visit my homeschooled friends at Park Day. i usually can never go because they have Park Day during school hours. it was great to see everyone again.
 afterwards, i went to the library and checked out some old favorites: nancy drews! it was sooo relaxing to sit on my couch with a blanket, my glasses, tea, and one of those books. i haven't read anything for fun in a long time. i also went to fellowship, which was good too, since i haven't gone for a week or so.
Well, today was even better!! it was such a pretty day... the sky was really blue, the air was balmy, and our yard has started growing those sorrel plants that sprout up every winter with those pretty lemon-yellow flowers. The sunny day inspired me to go out and read in the yard. i didn't have one of those awesome circle chairs that i could bring outside in the sun, but i did something even better!! i got a seat cushion and took it up to this tree i used to climb, and sat in the tree in the sun and read my nancy drew book. 
i need to do that more often. | | |

i haven't been on xanga in so long..
this is finals week. tomorrow i have one easy final and one hard final: foods and chemistry.
i heard that i get to make mac and cheese, chicken, and upside down pineapple cake for my foods final!
my friends and i went to my house and studied for chem, and we only got up to like chapter 7..
after like four whole hours.four hours may not be THAT long... but when you're sick and you're studying, it is :P
soooo...i frankly don't care anymore.
because i'm tired of studying!
so...
might as well go on xanga, right?

don't update for many many months.
hmm... how have things been going?
i started this year out with being extremely, uncharacteristically lazy. not having any motivation has been a problem for me lately. i've also been thinking about what i believe in a lot, and i've been trying to find "my own faith" not as in. like, a new religion or anything, but more along the lines of a faith in God that is concrete to me, not just to my parents. so that christianity won't be my religion "just cuz" or just cuz my parents belive it. i want it to be because i believe it for good solid reasons!! sounds pretty heavy and philosophical and whatnot, so i don't mean to get all emo and stuff on you all hehe. that's just what's been going on with me lately.
on a happy note, some people i didn't expect to talk to me that i knew from last year have said hi to me and stuff these past weeks. saying hi to someone who dosen't acknowledge you first is good... cuz they may be thinking you won't recognize them or want to talk to them, that's why they're not saying hi. actually, they're thinking the exact same questions you are!! so just say hi!! it could make their day ^^
man. that last bit started out happy and ended emo ish too. At least i'm not wearing all black and cutting long bangs in my hair to go over my eyes!!! ok maybe it's cuz i'm in a weird thoughtful mood right now. oh, right.. i got sick on thursday, stayed home friday, saturday, sunday, and am going back to school tomorrow.
